So easy to make.
Drop a handful of fresh basil into a processor/blender with a good drizzle of EVOO, some chunks or parmeggiano cheese and a small chunk of fresh garlic and blend up.
Grill some Italian bread like panna de casa
Rub with garlic and half a fresh tomato face.
Crush either sardines of anchovy filets across the bread, then spoon over the pesto mix.
Bon Apetito!
