If someone told me 5 years ago that I'd be catering a wedding... I would ask for a reality check. Well... had to eat those words; just completed my first wedding reception for a repeat customer - for his daughter.

Smoked 12 whole porkloins - and manned the slicing table for the buffet lines. Apple-smoked with Simply Marvelous rubs (4 -cherry/ 4- Spicy Apple) and 4 with Montreal Chicken.

Each table was manned by BH Tennessee Red.

Sorry - this is the best of the pron... was as busy as a one-armed paper-hanger. After I was done slicing - all was left was the montreal spice rub. The guests could not stop eating the BBS' spiced meat.. Coming back for seconds became the norm for the evening.

Was all too happy and honored to serve for this blessed event.
Congrats to the newlyweds!
