I got a small 2# ribeye the other day.
It makes a nice dinner for 4.
Rubbed with "boss" rub and tied.

Peeled roasted chestnuts sautéed in butter for 2-3 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of silan or honey. Mix for another min.
Add half a cup of cream. In my case it was non lactose milk.
Mix until bubbles appear.
Then pour over the pasta.
 
Looks very tasty.

I had no idea what nyoki was until I saw the picture...then I got it...gnocchi. I honestly have never seen it typed out phonetically.
