Thanks for having me. I found this site while researching diy smokers. I have a drum I'm burning out and collecting necessary parts.

Reading so much information here its like drinking from a firehose. I'll look at the how to post pictures thread again. I can weld and build stuff but technology is where I fall short.

I love all food that cooks on fire, but brisket....pull the truck over. Being new I will save my opinion on where the best brisket comes from. :tape:
 
Before and after first burn. One more big burn or a good torching and some elbow grease should be ready for assembly.
