Tonight was the first time I tried Trim Tabb's Pig Powder on a pork chop. I rubbed it in and let it sit for about a half hour before grilling it for about 35 minutes at around 350 - 375 degrees. Dumped a small chunk of peach on the coals for a bit more flavor.

Results were outstanding. Pig Powder had a pretty unique flavor and I can't wait to try it on St. Louis Ribs. When I first opened it, the stuff smelled like taco seasoning. However; when I tasted it, it had a nice sweet flavor with a bit of heat but not too much. I don't think the flavor is for everyone but I sure liked it. Next up for the pig powder will be chicken thighs.
