Hello everybody,
Inspired by the TD I decided to give it a go.
Tagliatelle with tomato sauce, chopped vegetables and meatballs.
First made me some meatballs. Used a homemade hamburger mix.
Cooked the tagliatelle on the stove. Gave the veggies and sauce a little burn before letting them enter the smoke.
Put the balls on the Egg
Threw the stuff together to inhale some smoke
resulting in
was a first for me, but loved the smokiness!
