Here in Wisconsin the Friday fish fry is very popular, especially during Lent.
Mine will consist of:
Corn flake crumb crusted perch and walleye, potato pancakes, home canned apple sauce, coleslaw, marble rye and home made tarter sauce.

I've been hooked on the Uncle Bucks Spicy batter from Bass Pro lately but I love me some Andy's red batter as well.

Homemade tarter and some hand cut taters fried up to go with mine.
 
That is making me hungry!!!

Try out Zatarains Fish Fry if you can find it. Perfect in my opinion!

Nice batch of paper lips.:thumb: They call those "White Crappie" down there?
I use something similar by Zatarain's, but typically only for catfish or chicken.
