Bbq Sauce

We " trust our Butcher" for injections but use a locally made sauce, and numerous rubs. As a judge, Blues Hog has been at EVERY contest I have judged and each time there is a new variety, that will be the girl with the curl!

just remember you dont have to stand out from the other teams. the goal is to produce consistent scoring product, and if it means useing heavily used commercial product then so be it.

i dont think calling them blues hog or head countery is corect... frankin sauce is more correct...
