The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Kickoff BBQ will take place next weekend January 28 & 29, 2011in the parking lot of Sea World of Texas in North West San Antonio. There were 350 team spaces sold with an estimated 300+ teams competing. It's still the third largest comp out there I do believe. Sanctioned by the Texas Gulf Coast BBQ Cookers Association. Giant BBQ will be in space #237 in the Cinco De Guyo compound. Stop by and say hello if you're in the neighborhood.
