Question for all the ceramic owners I'm a bit worried about cooking in mine with this frosty weather, she's out in the open and my concern it that when cooking finishes and as the temps drop overnight will my cooker fracture?

We got our ceramic for this very thing, so that we could have BBQ all winter long. I use it all the time and all winter long. We typically have a few 4-day stretches where we lose the power due to a snow/ice storm. It might not break 0*C for several days. I can get 25+ hours on one load of lump when windy and -10*C. I can tell you, we eat a lot better than all of our neighbors. :thumb:

Hold on, you're talking cold weather and you're in England?

WOW... one I had never thought of....

My thoughts were when I first read this was the rapid heat gain when fired up...... not so much cooling off.
