Septemberfest in Omaha over Labor Day Weekend

We will be there again! Great contest, looking very forward to it!

I'd love to cook it sometime, however it's the weekend of my son's birthday. So it may be a while until I can give it a go.

We will be there. Septemberfest was our first ever KCBS contest last year, so we are trying to improve from 33rd place. Stop by after ribeye judging if you have a chance.

Couldnt make it work this year. But i hope to in the future.

I'm planning on visiting many of the listed teams I've cooked with over the years in the afternoon them judging rib-eye later. Have other plans Sunday.
