Grilled up some Stuffed Peppers W/potatoe,swiss chees Romano chees Sauteed fresh garlic and onion in olive oil. Bacon worked in and a bacon Cap. Fresh Homemade french bread w/ poppy seed and seame seeds Prime Rib w/ fresh rubbed garlic ground pepper and seasalt. Desert Rice Krispe Bars. Simple but good:icon_bigsmil

Everything looks awesome. I'd hit those peppers in a heartbeat.
 
Cool. I would never had thought of cooking taters in a pepper boat. Cool.:cool: And the fresh bread looks outstanding too.

Looks good. Tell me more about the stuffed peppers?

I use potatoes as a base then add cheese,Real pieces of bacon etc. The garlic and onion I saute in EVOO for added moisture. After all the stuff is in I will add sour creme to get the consistancy I want. Stuff in to any kind of pepper. Top with grated cheese, then cap with bacon and fresh gound black pepper. Put on the grill indirect till pepper boat is done and enjoy.:icon_bigsmil

Very nice - the prime rib looked great, but I was also interested in the pepper. Looked really tasty - thx for the info. Gonna have to try that.
