I did my first smoke this weekend, chicken wings! I injected them with part butter part hot sauce and did a basic rub. I then smoked them at 275 in my mes 30 for I think about an hour and a half with hickory. They turned out great! Had leftovers heated them up the next day and they were still great! Next time, I think I'll throw them under the broiler to crisp up the skin just a tad more.

I also did a prime rib on Sunday, but forgot to take a pic.

All in all, I was very happy with my first time out!

Those wings look pretty dang good!

Thanks all! Heatseeker, I'm working hard on it! Today is beef, peppers and onions for sammies. I've got to remember to take pictures before we stuff our faces.

Looks good !

I have a Masterbuilt Electrical Smoker too.
Sometimes it was a mess to clean up.
Take Aluminum foil and cover the inside of the smoker.
Instead of water i placed sand into the pan. Keeps the heat constant and
no additional moisture to the meet.

Have fun !

Thanks again! No bar wings for me anymore bathmatt...not after indulging in these! :)

Thanks to you too MAC for the tips. I'll definitely try putting sand in the water pan!
