A friend of mine has been making his own rubs and different types of honey's and I was finally able to cook with some. The habanero honey is AWESOME and i can't wait to try it on come ribs. I used the TEXAS CHIPOTLE RUB on the chicken and it was fantastic. I was not able to get any pr0n when I removed it from the smoker because it was gone before I knew it....
