Just used Black Ops yesterday. It horrible. No one should use it, at least at the comps I'm in.
Really this is a great rub. Excellent color and bark and a good flavor profile for beef. Another great product from our guys from Missouri. Oakridge, Ployboys, Blues Hog, Smokin Guns, an on and on. I know I didn't mention everyone and no slight intended.
