I love pigs

Don't get me wrong, steak, brisket, chicken and many others are great too but the versatility of a hog I just love.
I've been busy all weekend working on pig stuff and it has been so much fun. I think a hog is just enough meat product for me to handle myself without being overwhelmed with work.
