Make it worth your time or don't do it. No bragging rights in being used and abused.

Consider what you are working with, based on your signature, you are cooking with a few smaller cookers, That means a little more work. Most folks don't consider the amount of work it takes to prep, plus the space needed. Cooking for 90 and cooking for 200 is almost the same thing when it comes down to time.

You need to put a price on your time. I would probably consider that a good day plus worth of work. Heck the shopping takes time. I would go for $500 profit. You will earn it.... So take cost plus 10% then add $500. Plus 10% because of the wear and tear on the pit, cost of rub, foil, charcoal, wood, plus all the other stuff that you dont consider.
