Searin a steak direct on a factory Traeger 075

Little video of a factory Traeger searin with grill grates. The package said ribeye and it was only $4 thrown in a end cap reduced bin. It was tender but didn't look like a ribeye. Hell who cares, it tasted good washes down with a nice oaky bottle cellar#8 cab. Served with some skillet red beans and rice
