Flat Iron steak marinated in a marsala, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, combo, for a 4-5 hours. Then rubbed down with Tasty Licks Red Eye. Grilled over high heat for 4 minutes per side, then let rest for about 10 mins.
Plus some red potatos, onions, garlic, parsley, olive oil and butter.
Very tasty.
Flat Iron steak is becoming my favorite cut!

Looks good. But one favor. Get rid of the glass cutting board. Your knives will thank you.

And check out the N. Texas Lunch Bash thread. Stop by, we don't bite. Just eat, drink and tell stories.

I've been talking about getting a new cutting board for years now
One of these days.

I am gonna go check out the thread, thanks

BTW, I cooked a small flat iron portion last night and cut really thin and made steak tacos on some fresh tortillas.
