Cooked up a few lamb chops last night. Served with a sweet potato, vegies and a shrimp caesar.

Marinated the chops in a generous amount of chopped garlic, Rosemary, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and EVOO. Let them set for a few hours.

Fires ready....here's the rest of the story.......

Delicious dinner followed by a dessert of peaches and cream.....yum!
