The cook is done.

Hum, not sure how to get text in between the pictures.

These were treated with Simply Marvelous Sweet and spicy, 5.5 hours on the drum. Treated the last 25 minutes with Blue's Hog.

Awesome ribs. Photo was left overs after we ate. Sorry, not the best ribs for the picture.

We WILL do these again.

Nice job man! If those are the "left-overs", you must have had gold coated ribs for supper....:hungry:
 
Ribs look great. So does the drum, except for that cheesy plastic handle :)

I use Blues Hog as well but one of my competitive buddies told me to mix that with Peach Nectar to thin it out. It then goes on the ribs and glazes up to a beautiful flat finish. You almost pour it on the ribs. Give it a try. I'll get your handle out on Tuesday.
