Ladies and gentlemen, she's here. And more beautiful than I could imagine.
Ok, so I'm going to start from the beginning...again. I just want you to see what all went into this thing.

This is a true work of art....
Ok. So I got it seasoned, did a great burn in with some spray oil, kept it at 325-350 for about 3 hours.
Pulled it out the next morning to smoke a turkey. Temp was at 28 degrees here in Midland, TX at 4 in the morning. Needless to say, it was cold.

Even for it being farking cold, this bad boy rocked steady. I put in a split of wood about every 30 mins to keep up at 325. I used to put in a split of wood every 30 mins on my old offset in the dead of summer!! This thing's amazing.

Live action shot of the turkey:

Pulled if off after 2 and half hours. 14 lb Turkey, cooked between 325-350 with oak. Let rest. Temped at 165.

Ok, same shot but look how beautiful she is!

Guys, I've never owned a better offset. Whoever said the "insulated firebox thing is just a fad" has no idea what they're talking about.
I'm going to do another turkey on Thurs morning that I plan to enter into the throwdown.
Thanks for looking!

Thats awesome!!!

I
know you'll be lovin every cook you do on it

Wow. Looking at that cooker reminded me of the first time I walked through the gates at Six Flags. Good times ahead.

That was Fast! Looks Good! And if Dallas finishes (win or lose) with 7,17,27,37,47 and the other Guys end with 3,13,23,33,43 .......Ill be cooking on one very much like it.

Beautiful Stickburner. :clap2:

If you do not mind what is the sticker price on that beauty?

The fit on the door on the cooking chamber is amazing! Great pit, enjoy!

Very nice offset. Would love to have insulated fire box on mine. My first contest is in February next year, and last year it was 23 degrees, and insulation would be great for it. Have fun with your new pit.
