local store had leg quarters for .50 per pound, so i loaded up. rubbed them down good with some plowboys yardbird rub. sliced up some smoked deer sausage. covered some bacon with yardbird and wrapped them up. got a litle to much smoke for some reason. using kingsford and a small piece of oak and a small piece of pecan. she is running along at about 225 for about 2 hours now.
