I just re-read the OP and saw the contest was for "Best Chili Name", not that you were just naming your chili. So yeah, the one I suggested, "Smoked Brisket Chili" may not be all that interesting. :laugh:

Since you are making it with brisket, how about Chillisket? Added the extra L because it didn't look right with only one L.
 
Since it has smoked brisket in it, how about DAL chili? :tongue:
 
I was always kinda partial to the name Greg. It's a lot more normal than Gore. You can use that if you like.
