Well times are completely different depending on what kind if ribs you are going to cook. Depending on your temp BB's take around 4-5 hours, Spares will take 5-6, and beef ribs could be 5+. Let us know where your smoker likes to settle as far as temp goes and what kind of ribs you are cooking.
