Brisket injection shelf life?

I have half a bag left over from last season (4 months). I keep it in a sealed ziploc type bag with the air squeezed out.

Is the product still going to work as advertised? Or pitch it?

Just can't see tossing it if may work ok. The $$ talks.

I can't see there being anything wrong with it. Most spices are good for about a year before they begin to lose potency. Some longer.

Since you didn't mention what brand. I can only speak for mine. Mine has a 14 month shelf life.
