May I say ditto? One of the best pizza of my life featured linguica, but it's so hard to find in my parts. And as soon as I spied that, made me wish I would have gone with some alternative chorizo instead of the salami.

Another thing that I really love Linguiça as an ingredient for is fried rice, in fact that was today's lunch because tomorrow it's back to fish balls. :grin:
 
it is a portuguese cured and smoked sausage and it is delicious.

although, I used an ITALIAN cured sausage for my pizza. :p:boxing:

but then again, my pizza is pretty american.
 
I'm with buccaneer - a gross amount of cheese (the way I like it) and a thin crust (also the way I like it).

Yup like boogiesnap said it's a Portuguese sausage made from pork shoulder (how bad could that be). :becky:
