The wheels are 8" pneumatic casters, the shelving is from wireshelving.com, and the resin bins are from Lowes (made by Suncast). The casters I found on Amazon for 8 bucks, but don't have them on there anymore though.
They look like there is an opening above the handle. Is there.
How do they fair in rain?
