The wheels are 8" pneumatic casters, the shelving is from wireshelving.com, and the resin bins are from Lowes (made by Suncast). The bins are bolted to the shelves using stainless steel bolts and fender washers, and the horizontal shelves are locked in place with stainless steel self tapping screws to prevent the shelves from shifting when getting bounced around in a trailer.

The casters I found on Amazon for 8 bucks, but don't have them on there anymore though.

They look like there is an opening above the handle. Is there.
How do they fair in rain?
