somebody shut me the fark up.
Well I got the butt trimmed and 1 hr low boil in water/apple juice/rub mixture. then wiped off with paper towels and applied rub and let it goo up for about an hour while I prepped smoker and got up to temp. Decided to go with my 22.5" Kettle with my SmokyNador 3.o and a mix of KBB, True Cue Cl;earance Lump and Hickory Chunkc. Kettle hit 290 so on went da butt. Gonna try to maintain 300*. :biggrin1:
