Oignon, le poireau et la tomate provençale tarte

Did you feel like you were sitting at a table on the side of the Sienne river in a Parisienne cafe that had a smoker out back? (Or did it taste like a great dish done in an oven?)

It honestly was incredible.
I'll be making this again next shopping trip when I can get some more ingredients.
The dough isn't a pizza base but a heavily buttered pastry, light, rich and flakey...like a lot of kids I knew in high school, Blu.
Its obviously getting no love here, but give it a crack, it is worth it!:thumb:
