Several hours? You should get an EASY 7-8 hours... heck, load the charcoal bowl to overflowing, and you'll probably see an EASY 10+ hours!From what I've read the temp should stay up for several hours.:-D
I have the chicken but I went to the store and bought Jimmy Dean Sage sausage. It will go on after the chicken comes off. I am going to slice it and have it for breakfast minus a taste tonight.
