Shorties, no question. If I see a good meaty rack of back ribs I'll snag 'em but that's a very rare occurrence. Short ribs are my favorite cut of beef these days.
Beef back hanging in the Pit Barrel Cooker most of the time going forward. Took me 6 hours to probe tender on these super meaty short ribs yesterday. Both are awesome. Just takes a rack of beef to make a meal. 2'45" tops on Dino bones hanging in PBC.
