After looking at all these great pics, I don't have much to add. Maybe just some bacon stuffed smoked cabbage.

Do you mind posting just how you made them :confused:

Did you smoke them wrapped in foil?
Just bacon for stuffing? Maybe butter?
What grate temp and how long cook time?

First, I cored the head, then poked the hole full of real butter (almost filled the hole). Piled it up with chopped bacon. I smoked it at 225°-240° on a piece of foil with the edges turned up to catch any butter or juice for about two hours. Once it started to brown up nicely I wrapped the foil around to steam it and keep it from burning. It took between 4 and 5 hours to cook.

Ingredients:
- loaf of bread from Bread Co- Sourdough or French- UNSLICED (I have never found a big enough round bread at the grocery store, and the bread at Bread Co is SO good!)
-12 oz shredded swiss cheese
-large tub of WHIPPED cream cheese
-1 cup parmesan


Bake 325 for about and hour or cheese becomes hot and melted awesomeness
...
