If you knocked it out of the park with today's cook... gimme a high five!:hand:

Brother in law took the picture...about 3 hours later, fork tender, sliceable and juicy. Color kept about the same.

How could a carnivore not love brisket?:crazy:

Dunno....but Im sure gonna find out!

Bout time tri tip has some REAL BBQ flavor...with the red coming from a smoke ring.:thumb:
