I use 2 rib racks side by side to accomodate for the length of a rack of BB's

I do this often in the kettle offsetting, and once in a while in the Dera.

Went to try this on the WSM this morning.

Fark, won't fit.

So I did a 30 second mod with a pair of pliers to the spike they have on the racks for cooking whole potatos.

2 bends on the outside of each rack.

Bingo, works and fits, like a charm

Crap, I forgot to snap all three in the rack!

Got one as I was wrapping it though.

All apple and old K makes a nice wib.

This is a view from the "thick side" of the slab. The other side had the bones pulling away.

Came out of the Pam Olive Sprayed racks pretty easily.

A side note about BB's from Costco,

I can't recall a single time getting shiners from them.

They seem to have the thickest cut BB's around, with a good deal of the loin/tenderloin on them (if I'm guessing my cut direction directly)

Its 80 degree today, so we're going to get raped for 4 ears of corn for like $2.50 (out of season) and grill corn and pineapple because we finally are getting good temps.

It farking snowed here last week!

Safe weekend to all!

Looks good Bill!

Those ribs look very good. Hope they tasted as good as they looked.

They did.

We only plowed through 1 and 3/4 slabs, but now I got snacks for the week :-D

And we didnt get too hosed on the corn, 4 ears for a buck, but it was like 30-40mph wind and gusts, so I wasn't able to grill them.

Still, all was good
