Pear

I just ordered dome and I will have it Friday. Gonna try some chicken with it. Supposed yo be similar to Peach. We will see.

Are you talking about a Bradford Pear??? I use that, taste good on ribs and chicken.

There's a lot of it here in western Colorado. Light smoke like apple. Also similar to peach or apricot. I don't notice a big difference between them. I worked out a deal with a local orchard to take any of their wood from the burnpiles in exchange for some occasional bbq. I came out smelling like a rose on that deal. Now if they'd just trim their cherry trees.
