Serving Fatties

I'm new, and I've been looking at all of your recipes for fatties. But I don't understand how you guys serve/eat them. Do you just slice it up and serve as is? On a cracker, or a roll? I did see some breakfast fatties that were served with eggs and such, but how else do you serve them?

Serving them? You mean people don't just come and grab them as they come off of the cooker? That's what happens around here :-D

I like them with fresh baked biscuits. A sausage and biscuit with some smokey flavor.

I'm actually having trouble imagining ways you can't serve them...short of confections that is. Actually....that's not such a bad idea either...
