Cooking Class Tarheel Smokers Winter Cooking Class!!!

It looks like there will be a great line up of cooking classes again this year. I would highly recommend if you have not taken one this is the time to do it. We will be offering our class again on February 15th & 16th this coming year here at our shop. We are an All In Class!! You get just what we use and do to prep for, cook, and turn in at a comp. You will have 4 winning recipes and all of the goodies we use to win with. We are looking forward to a super group of students again. Wanta get this out there again, we are one month away from this class. This would be a perfect class to get your year started off right. Just need a tweek to get you that very last call or new to competition and want to save a couple of years of trial and error our students have had great sucess. Still have space left so jump in quick. If you have questions let me know.
