It was time to try a turkey on the UDS today. Also decided to have a back up in case for some reason it didn't turn out so threw a spiral sliced ham next to it.

Ran it at 300-325 for about 4 1/2 hours then rested for 30 min before slicing. Buttered the skin twice and came out nice and crispy.

Didn't get a finished shot but a couple during the cook but it indeed came out awesome. Rave reviews from the clan. Hard to beat that.:mrgreen:
