Anyone have any experience with this? Got one for Christmas looks cool. Any reviews on this...? Pros and cons?

I almost bought one when I first started smokin. Bass Pro has them. There are reviews about them on their website or just google "Oregon scientific wireless thermometer reviews"

Which one? I have an older Nextech that is the same as OS and Weber. And it works OK, only thing is its got meat temps per set. I bought a talking one on close out at Lowes but noticed the probe has loop in it and won't fit any grommets. gave it away!

i've had very bad luck with them. three straight units that either stopped working very quickly or never at all and i got horrible/zero customer service from oregon scientific.

Guess I was lucky. I bought one last year on Amazon never had a problem. Upgraded to the Mav ET-732 for Xmas the Oregon Sci. was only 2 deg diff them the Mav.
