Those were made by Professor Salt one of my teammates. They were crisp on the outside and chewy inside. According to him they were true east coast bagels.

I too enjoyed the pics Mista, looks like a splendid time was had by all;
bbq bagels and wash em down with one of the southwest entries, not bad at all. (not to mention the Q of course.)
