we plan to get a bunch of takeout from our favorite chinese eatery. makes us and them happy ! XinMao.
 
I have not fully figured it out. I will cook something this weekend. Maybe a pork butt will get smoked as well. Chinese like pork, I am pretty sure.

We're doing lamb and pork. That ought to satisfy somebody.
 
Okay, I am going to cook Red Cooked Smoked Pork butt with 5 Treasures crispy glutinous rice. I will also probably end up cooking Cashew Chicken Fried Rice with bamboo shoots, Bok Choi and water chestnuts.
 
I saw this pretty good looking smoked pork tenderloin lettuce wraps with East and West sauces over in the throwdown forum. :wink:
