I'm planning on only bringing the Blackstone, which uses propane, but I can bring a WSM or PBC if needed.

My plan is to make a bunch of small dough balls that will make about a 12" pizza and then bring sauce, cheese and a choice of toppings.
Brian (Jack Daniels) and Josh, a FB friend who isn't very active on here, said they would be bringing their dough and sauce so we can compare.
I'll bring the Blackstone, a propane tank, my wood and steel peels, some disposable cutting boards, bench flour and either corn meal or semolina flour for the peel.
