Howdy folks...
I´m just back from a great weekend in Berlin.
Yesterday we cooked at the Berlin Barbecue Championchips, on a beautiful beach in the middle of the city.
There were 20 Teams from all over Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Norway and Luxemburg and everybode had a great time.
Heres my Teams results :
Vegetarian Dish ( no ****...
) : 1st place
Bratwurst Dish : 4th Place
Chicken : 4th Place
Beef : 1st Place (276 out of 280 possible points)
Dessert : 2nd Place
Overall : Grand Champion

We arrived at the beach on Friday at noon. Perfect weather and location, time for a couple of beers, chitchat with the other teams and relaxing in the sun.
at 9 pm we were allowed to set up our botth and after another couple of beers we went to our hotel
We came back 8.30 am saturday morning to do our prep work for the first turn in at 2 pm - so , lots of time for beer

After the last turn in we enjoyed some more cold adult beverages and finally had some time for our friends and other people around.
Then it was time for the award ceremony
And finally, heres one of the best beers i ever had
I wish every weekend could be like this. BBQ People are the best to hang around with, add a location, weather and beer supply like that to the party and youre in paradise - Life is good !
