went a bit crazy at the seafood store yesterday......
tuna
salmon
speckled trout
i also grabbbed.....
soft shell crabs
oysters
crawfish
cooked the fish last night.......
sorry no finished pics.....we were pretty hungry.
i love the tuna cold, so i usually save it for the next day....
i'm going to fry up the soft shells and some of the oysters tonight and the rest of the quart will get eaten raw. i'll post more pics later.
