Default Beef Ribs Et Al (pr0n)

I cooked 2 racks of beef back ribs, hamburgers and hot dogs.

I lightly rubbed the ribs with SPOG (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder).
I cooked them on my 22 1/2" WSM at 250F, unfoiled, for about 3 hours, then foiled them with squeeze Parkay and water for about another 2 1/2 hours, until toothpick tender.

I cooked the hamburgers and hot dogs on my 22 1/2" OTG.

The ribs were tender, moist and tasty. The burgers and franks were great!

Ribs on the WSM.
