I would say Adam Perry Lang, Mike Mills, Steve Reichlen, etc...all the books i read and have been totally impressed with
PHUBAR absolutely amazes me - not just with BBQ tho, with everything
Cowgirl should be listed as an American treasure and cataloged in the Library of Congress
