My nicknames run from Beef Geek to The Steak Lady to Beef Sommelier. All make me happy and proud My dad did a great job helping me fall in love with the grill but while I consider the grill as my shrine, I want to learn BBQ and it seems this is the place.
I'm also a very curious person and have learned a heck of a lot about beef (and other meats) and what really contributes to taste and texture. I hope to share what I know - and don't know - in pursuit of better tasting, cleaner food.
