Thumbs up Cast Iron Cooking Appreciation Thread! Post your creations here!

Recently, I've noticed a spike in the number of threads and questions about cooking with Dutch Ovens and about the benefits, versatilty, and care that is needed for Cast Iron cookware. Personally, I cannot live without my DO's, my Lodge Sportsman Grill, my griddles and skillets. I've seen many of you find, rescue, and restore rusty old CI pieces and give them new life again. I also know that there are many members here with an extensive knowledge about everything CI. I think it's time to dedicate a thread to this type of cooking and equipment. I'll start out by sharing some on my experiences with CI!
Outstanding Website for Recipes, Care, Photos, etc!
