I made the Miranda Lamberts mothers meatloaf recipe today.
TooK 2 hours at 300 the get to a internal temp of 160 on the WSM.
Kingford blue and a chunk of hickory.
I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but I liked this one. I would make this one again. Next time with a ripe red pepper, instead of green.

Meatloaf
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork sausage
18 saltine or ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

I made a glaze of: (not part of Lamberts recipe)
1 part Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce,
1 part ketchup
1/2 part yellow mustard,
1/4 part honey.

I had thought about making meatloaf for about a year. There was a recent meatloaf post with a bunch of meatloaf recipes in it. Just picked one that was easy & sounded tasty.

Ya know, I have never been much of a fan of meatloaf although I have on occasion had what I call good. NOw that looks good and I have been flirting with doing that on a Green Egg or my stick burner. I am gonna try that recipe for the fun of it.

Thanks alot for that :)

The meatloaf looks good but where are the pics of Miranda Lambert?

Looking fine to me.
Loved your finish glaze and will put that on my bucket list. Thanks!
